ISA’s Global Floating Solar Framework supports Member Countries in harnessing waterbodies for clean energy across four pillars—technical, policy, finance, and environmental. It was soft-launched at the LAC RCM with a preview report, the decision tool was launched at the Africa RCM, and the full framework report will be officially released at the ISA Assembly.
